Open a Customer card page using a Report

Hi all,
I am trying to open a Customer Card Page(21) using hyperlink expression in the Report.
I am referring the below link.

But it doesn't work.
Can you please assist me with this.

What does not work? Did you not miss this:Whenever a NAV report has links on it, it is important to enable them by setting the EnableHyperLinks report property.0
