outlook integration and 4.0

We use the native database and database login; exchange server for outlook 2000.
When I try to intergate outlook for a user I get the message that the outlook user already exist, or if one works around a little that the folder sellected does not exist.

What can one do???

What you must do is go into the table users and fill in the user account of the mailbox. Then it works. You can only do that in the table self.

Table 13 , you have to fill in outlook acount names. Then it will work. What do you mean by Is this a game?

You cannot use the same Navision Login ID for more than 1 salesperson. You probably have a salesperson with such Navision User ID registered already.

The table I mentioned before is not automatically filled. If you do that by hand it is OK
