outlook integration and 4.0

We use the native database and database login; exchange server for outlook 2000.
When I try to intergate outlook for a user I get the message that the outlook user already exist, or if one works around a little that the folder sellected does not exist.
What can one do???

Table 13 , you have to fill in outlook acount names. Then it will work. What do you mean by Is this a game?Reinoud0

Table 13 makes sence.0 -
You cannot use the same Navision Login ID for more than 1 salesperson. You probably have a salesperson with such Navision User ID registered already.Best regards,
