TCS on base value

in NAV Three Tier
Hi guys
kindly help
i want to calculate TCS on base value on sale of scrap excluding GST
eg Amount = 10000
tcs % = 1%
GST % 10%

currently system is calculating 10000*10 % Gst = 1000
and TCS on ( 11000 ) 10000+1000 (base + gst)

i want to calculate TCS on 10000 (base value ) 10000*1 % = 100 and gst on 10100 Rs

Kindly help ASAP
