Sending Email to customer using SMTP

hello. Good day. is there any setup to send email when using SMTP if Sales order for that customer is created?

or do I need to code this from the scratch?

is there any list for Modules using SMTP ?

There's no any standard functionality for shooting email when a Customer is created , you need to write some piece of code for this.

Just think when exactly you want to shoot email when Order is getting released or just created or whenever!!
