Report on table permissions and permission sets?

in NAV Three Tier

Hi,

I have a customer who is using Navision 2016. They are conducting a governance audit and would like to report on permissions.
They need a list of persons with permission to Table X, the type of permission and the permission set name
I had suggested running XML port 9172 and exporting the permissions to Excel and reviewing however they told me this did not meet their requirements.
I don't think there is a ready made report to cover this. What is the best way to obtain the data they are requesting?

    In permission you've have the types of permission for each object and rol. In users you have the rol. Is the combination of both. At worst could be a VLOOKUP in excel.
