Business Central License is invalid?

Hi all,
I just generated customer license
but I couldnt login
it was said License Information is invalid
i tested re-download the license and then re-try
but still failed.

any idea?

    That does the Event viewer say?

    After put the server address, press enters
    Companies still shown.. Once click ok, then this error message appear

    If you open the event view (eventvwr) There sould be more information.
    Could you open that and past the relevat exception(s)?

    I had the same error but noticed that 2018 license is working fine with BC.

    I tested using NAV 2018 license in BC
    there is another error...
