The supplied field number cannot be found

in NAV Three Tier
I need a little help solving this issue. In the item journal when selecting 'Entry Type', I get the following error:

When I went into Developer and recompile the code unit 14099002 I get the following error:

I am on NAV 2017 version 10.0.23021 This is a new installation, just started importing data. I was going to add some inventory in. There are no 3rd party apps.

    The first error message complains about a field in the Item Journal Batch table, not about a Codeunit.
    The second error message is likely also due to a missing field on a table, assuming the Codeunit had been compiled before.

    Your integration of whatever module Codeunit 14099002 belongs to is incomplete (assuming the field 14099002 in the Item Journal Batch file belongs to the same module as Codeunit 14099002).
