NAV 2018 Web Client - locking selection of Role Centre?

in NAV Three Tier
On the web client if the user goes to My Settings > Role Centre they can change the Role Centres.
I can see how this can be useful however we have Role customisations and permissions setup to ensure users can only access things by Role Centres.
Does anyone know if this is something that can be locked down?

    Ah I see. So I can publish extension to set the visibility of this control to hidden.
    I suppose there is then a way to hide based on users too. Excellent! Thanks!
