NAV2018 Debugging and Extension V1

Hi,
we have extensions developed & running on NAV2017 and also for NAV2018. NAV Servers where extensions are published & installed, for 2017 & 2018 versions, are set up in the same way (debugging enabled and so on), but in NAV 2018 we can't see the code related to our extension when debugging, but we can in 2017.
In both cases (2017 & 2018) the extensions are V1, not the V2: AL & Visual Studio Code combination.
Any ideas why this is happening?

Maybe the setting in your app.json is not filled out correctly ?

Yeah... but the extensions we're using are still V1, like in NAV2017. These are not al packages.0
