we know that posted documents sub pages such as credit memo subpage, invoice sub page etc do not have all dimensions as pre posted documents.
Best way to add them via events? any idea.

Dimensions, by design, can be different in the document header and lined, and between each line. But they should be transferred between unposted and posted documents as-is, with no changes. It is just one field after all, the "Dimension Set ID", in NAV2013 onwards.
If your dimensions (on the header or lines) are different between unposted and posted documents look for customisations in your code and change them accordingly, rather than trying to fix bad results of it.
