Hi All
With respect to raising purchase orders from the Planning Worksheet, as general rule, is it appropriate to Regenerate the plan each night and only action the suggested order lines where the Order Date <= Today?
Thanks
SH

The regeneration and purchasing circle is very depending on the company using the worksheet. Normally I would advice a couple of days between reordering to group demands and supplies.

Thank you for your comment. Practically I think it would be every other day. Is the policy to not to place orders early, Order Date <= Today a good idea when the forward production program is subject to change. I am looking to try to minimise the number of action messages.0
