Is there available the Data Model of NAV 2018 ??? (or some way to easily see visually see all the tables and relationships) ???

    No, there is nothing offical. If you google around you may find ER models for older versions.

    Just to put your query into perspective : NAV includes 1200+ tables, some field have conditional relations - they relate to different tables depening on some other field content.

    Check dynamicsdocs. They have a data model for NAV 2018 W1.
