Copy NAV server instance with configuration setting

I have not tried this before. This is basically for NAV 2013 or above.
Is it possible to copy the NAV instance and create another instance on same server or different server.
So basically we have a NAV server instance with different settings that been done on it and it is looking at production database. What I want to do is create another NAV server instance for TEST/UAT but I would like to copy the LIVE instance's configuration settings into the TEST instance.
Possible? if yes then how please?

Hello @Developer101
You can't "copy instance". What you can do is create a new instance and copy settings from "instance config file" and change database (and whatever else setting you may need to change)5
