Trying to use codeunit 419 File management to show a dialog

I am new and trying to show a dialog with an image on it. The image content is stored as BLOB. I want to show this image on the dialog with OK button. I tried to use codeunit 419 FileMgt to do this.
Is it possible?

I have created an image line(page) and an image table to store those images. When I click a line, a Factbox area will show the picture. I use drilldown trigger it.
I still have a question to ask. If I want to click one line (image) and show the picture on a Factbox, how to do it (I don't need to use drilldown trigger). Is there a trigger like "line focus"?
