How can one resolve this type error message

'In the current company the date you’ve entered is outside the allowed interval (this is determined by the filter ‘’??11 *|??12*|??01*|??02*, which is defined by the license file).'

I've tried to re-upload the license file, but I'm still getting the same error message, it appears whenever i tried to enter the depreciation starting date of a fixed assets record.
