Licence Server is invalid - Navision 2013 Client Login

Hi,

Still new in Navision. I managed doing an Upgrade from Nav 2009 R2 to Navision 2013, compiling all Forms to Pages through NAV Development. we having issues accessing the Client Side but am able to Access the Developement Side with the Licence. I have uploaded the licence to the Database but i still cant access using the Client.
