Whse Reclass. Item Journal Updating Lot No. Not Creating Item Ledger Entry

in NAV Three Tier
Hi,

We have a customer on NAV 2015 using full WMS because of this they have to use the warehouse reclass journal to change the item tracking information.

When they post the change to the lot this creates a new warehouse entry with the new lot no. but it doesn't create the corresponding item ledger entry.

This breaks NAV as the new lot isn't accessible from anywhere in NAV.

any ideas? is this a known issue? does it have a hotfix (i cant find one?) i can't see an erasy way to code around it without 'breaking' NAV and just inserting an item ledger entry record which I'm very reluctant to do.

    I have resolved the issue. I've fixed the NAV code so it works.

    What needs to be fixed, Why you faced this?
    Did you changed standard code, I don't think so??

    When inventory increase or decrease is there then you manually have to post Warehouse adjustment but for this it's not at all needed because inventory/warehouse still remains the same.
