Hi guys,
I am using both nav 2009 and nav 2016 on a single machine and whenever I run the objects in nav 2016

I get the following error message.
I just went through some forums and followed the steps they have suggested but in my case, it's not working.
Can you please suggest the reason for this issue and also how can I solve this problem.
Warm Regards,
Bharath K

The licenses are not fully compatible between 2009 and 2016, you need to keep the separate per environment.

Open 2009 Client, go to Tools->Database->Alter, then select Integration tab ans click Save license in database. NAV will ask you to point to the licence file, select the 2009 License file (flf)

Do the same for NAV 2016 using Dev Env, and selecting the 2016 licence file in the last step. Then you will have to restart the NST to activate the 2016 license.
