How to get a list of Items which have stock as on 31.03.2015 and after that it has been Sales directly not transferred to any Location after 31.03.2015.

I suggest you go to inventory field in navision (flowfield). There, loooking it up you will find all intem ledger entries. Filter them for ..31/03/15 . I guess you have to work with that.
