about the classic RTC in 2009

Hi guys,
I have installed both NAV 2009 and 2016 in my machine.Now when i run a page in NAV 2009 the client of nav 2016 is opening ,Can i know what is the reason behind this.
When i tried to open the RTC of nav 2009 seperately its opening But when i run a page in nav 2009 its not working its opening in nav 2016..Can i know the reason behind this.
Any help would be appreciated,
