I think it's ascii-Char 157
So you have to press and hold ALT-Key and type 157 (with pressed ALT-Key)0 -

Have you tried ALT + 1 5 7 (with pressed ALT-Key)
type the three numbers on the numeric keypad of your Keyboard
I have successfully tested this combination in NAV2009 Classic (german Version) and Notepad++0 -
I'v tried with this combination, I've changed my language in NAV to german, and windows (I use polish version) but It still not working. Btw I use NAV 2009 R2 Classic, maybe that's the reason it's not working.0

Maybe there is some solution to mix to code page, Windows 1250 with Windows 1252 (I've found there this sign)0
