I am posting an output journal for hours worked on machine centers. I am getting the following error -'The following combination Item Ledger Entry Type = ' ', Entry Type = Direct Cost and Expected Cost = NO is not allowed.

Please assist. I am on NAV 2009 Classic

    Further Information: This error is coming up because we just moved from NAV 5 to NAV 2009. We did data take-on from NAV 5 to NAV 2009. I am suspicious that we might be missing some code unit in NAV 2009. This is the first time we are posting output journal on the new version.

    Also my investigation show that the error is coming up when the system try to post record in Value Entry Table, It is failing to pass on the 'Item Ledger Entry Type' values. From the Output Journal Line the field is containing value - 'Output' but when it gets to the value entry table it is blank.

    Any Clues guys
