Profile with full functionality?

Hi everyone,
Does anybody know how to create a profile with access to all functionality? Or just not be restricted by the profiles? I want to be able to see all buttons in the ribbon, search and find for all pages, etc.
In the Profiles List, I cannot seem to find a profile that has access to all functionality. If I set up my user as the profile "PRODUCTION PLANNER", then some functionality is restricted, and when I set it up as "PRESIDENT", then other functionality is restricted. Basically I would like to not be restricted by these profiles. My user has SUPER user rights and I'm working on the Swedish version of NAV....

You do have access to all functionality. If you select a profile none of the functionalities are restricted - they are just not exposed. It is just not possible to include everything on a Role Center - simply because the Role Center would be too crowded.
You can always use Departments menu where you can find everything, or you can use search (Sift+F3) - much quicker way for find a function/page - if you know what you are after.
