Hi Guys,

Greetings!

I'm trying to modify a data in the detailed vendor ledger entry but I received this error you do not have the following permission on tabledata Detailed Vendor Ledger Entry: Modify. I have changed the license into a developer's license but no luck.

Can you please help on how can I edit a data in the detailed vendor ledger entries. I'm using Nav 2013 (not R2).

    Change license does not work in RTC. Change license changes it only for DEV Env sessions.

    In order to make you DEV license effective in RTC Client you would need to upload it to the server or database, and restart your NST - obviously you would not want to do it.

    The workaround is to create a dummy worksheet page based on Detailed Vendor Ledger Entry, assing it a permission to modify Detailed Vendor Ledger Entry table, and run the page from DEV Env.

    Please check your existing permission on user card, might be you are not a SUPER user.

    Also be careful while doing any change in Detailed Vendor Ledger Entry table and its a posted data table and strictly not recommended to do any modification in that.

    As it might cause inconsistency in your G/L.
