Hi, guys! Can someone explain to me in details what is the difference between "auto-reserve" & "reserve from current line" function in NAV? And when is the right time to use these two functions? This is in sales order module (sales line). Hope to get example/s as well. Thanks!

Hi,
I don't have a three tier client handy to give you screen shots and examples, so I'll try to be simple.
Reservation (From stock"Item Ledger Entry" or Purchase Or Transfer orders OR Released Prod. Order Line......) when using Auto Reserve the system will reserve from Stock then from PO then Released production .... while reserving from the current line will force reservation to happen only from the selected document typeRani Shoura5
