changing description in GL entry

Hey,

I just want to ask, if it is possible to change posted description on GL entry to another?
for example, let's say i have a posted document with type invoice, and source as sale. I want to change the description to customer name instead. I want to do the same for all of the gl entries within that filter. so far i could not achieve it, does anybody know how to do it?
