Assisted setup in Dynamics NAV extension

Hi guys,
just wanted to discuss an approach and want to take a suggestion that I am developing an extension for Dynamics NAV 2017 using Delta file approach. Now i want to give my setup page on the Assisted Setup page.
My question is how to incooperate this? Suppose i have create a wizard page and now i want to display this page whenever users open the assisted setup page?
So how can i do it? How can i forcefully insert my record in the Assisted setup table whenever user installs my app?

Looking for ur suggestions.
