Best Practice for installing Navision_2016 in a company with 150 Users?

We are updating our NAV_2009 classic client to NAV_2016 RTC client. Currently, our Navision classic clients is installed with Citrix for the entire company.
Can anyone tell me what is the best practice to install NAV_20016 in our company (300 Users)?
For example should we use Click one?If yes why?
or should we use Citrix installation? If yes Why?
other methods?
Ps: Please keep in mind that we update our Navision client each month at least one time (Keep our client up to date with Navision Cumulative Updates)

    Hi,

    Web Client and Windows Client for some users only (administrators) is not option? This will save you some headache for each update.

    This is what we are trying to avoid several type of installation now.
    With our NAV_2009 we have local windows clients installation & Citrix Clients installations. We want to avoid this in our new Navision_2016.
    We also test the Web client, the interface between windows clients & Web client is massive. we would like to keep the windows client coz its easier to use.
