Errors while importing the application objects fob file in NAV2016

Hi,

I'm following this guide https://saurav-nav.blogspot.nl/2015/10/microsoft-dynamics-nav-2016-data.html for installing NAV2016.
After installing NAV2016 on a server I want to import the 'NAV.9.0.48466.NA.CUObjects.fob' file from the APPLICATION folder. Because of conflicting versions I'm redirected to the import worksheet window. When I click on OK in the import worksheet I get the following 2 errors:

1. Field number 10010 is not defined in the Tax Area table
2. Codeunit 11401 does not exist

The table 'Tax Area' is set as action 'Replace' in the import worksheet

Anybody know how to solve these errors?
