How can I send my customer statement(Report ID:1316) to multiple customer's email in NAV 2017?

This the screen,

I try to put two of my customer id in the filter but still cannot.

Only 30000 customer will receive the email
20000 did not receive anythings

Please advice. Thank you very much.

Your filtering is bad. You have to filter 20000|30000.

20000&30000 (AND) => no one should be printed (this condition evaluates to an empty set)
20000..30000 (interval) => all customers from 20000 to 30000 would be printed
2*|4* => all customers starting with 2 or 4 would be printed
