NAV 2016 / 2017 Approval Emails for 'accepted approvals' via Workflows

Hi peeps
In standard NAV, is there a way of NAV sending out an approval notification for approval request entries that have been 'approved'.
I have created a workflow using the standard templates, NAV sends out the emails when approval is
a) requested
b) cancelled
c) rejected
but not
d) approved.

As strange as it seems, no it's not possible in standard NAV. You would have thought that you'd have the ability to let the original requester know when it's been approved by sending a notification but you can't.5
