F1-help in chart of Account is not working for NAV 2017

Hi Experts,
I'm having problem with F1-help in Chart of Account page. it does not directing to the help page. When I check back the help files in root folder. The help files for Chart of Account is not available. Where I can the files or any other way to solve this issue ?
Kindly help on this.
