NAV 2017 Outlook Synchronization function - outlook synchronize error

Hi Professionals,



I am using the NAV 2017 Outlook Synchronize function. I received the following error when I pressed the "Synchronize" button at Outlook.

I saw some articles mentioned that I could try not to use "Links" Outlook Collections when I synchronized App and Task, so I tried to eliminate "Links" Outlook Collections. But I still received the same error.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
