Dynamics 2013 GET not returning a record

I've created a new company and copied data from the original company using SQL INSERT INTO ... SELECT FROM .

I can log into the new company fine, create a sales order fine but, if I try to delete the Sales Order I get an error message on SourceCodeSetup.GET; saying the record cannot be found, however the record is there with the same blank key as the original company. The SQL copy must be doing something to the Primary Key value but I can't figure out what and it's bugging me. Does anyone know why the GET does not work in this instance?

    Restarting the service seems to have worked. Thought I tried that :) .
