Print to PDF causes blurry image

I have a report that when you Preview it and/or Print it, the company logo comes out fine... looks good and sized correctly.
But when the user selects "Print to PDF" and when you print from that... the company logo looks blurry, with no color and doesn't even resemble the logo.

Is there a setting or property for PDF I am missing?
Thought it might be a local printer issue, but other locations report the same thing.

*report fix takes 20 min... spend 4 hours trying to figure out print issue*

Hello,
what property on Image size in report builder (Visual Studio/SSRS) you set ? Try to use : ¨"Fit proportional" for image size.

Also I recomend to set- PreviewMode to "PrintLayout" in report properties if you are not using it yet.

I have the same problem in NAV 2016 CU10. Using jpeg image. Which type are you using? Which NAV release and CU?

already had fit proportional - added previewmode layout and that did the trick - thanks!!
