I need to debug plugin in dynamics CRM on premise 2016. Is there a way I can do it remotely without having access to Microsoft Dynamics CRM server?

Yes, you can debug plugin in CRM 2016 on premise using plugin profiler remotely. Plugin Profiler allows us to debug plugin code remotely, without having access to Microsoft Dynamics CRM server.
