I am working on something like this:
customerPresent( flowfield count of all customers Present)
CustomerAbsent (Flowfield count of all customers absent).
TotalCustomer := customerPresent + CustomerAbsent;
keeps giving error of two record fileds or so.

You cannot directly "grab" values from flow fields since they are, as their name says, FLOW fields which means that they do not have fixed value. That is why CALCFIELDS is needed in order to calculate value of those fields based on the formula they are defined with.5

Hi,
have you tried to call calcfields(field1,field2,..)?0 -
Hii
you should try "Rec.Calcifields(customerPresent,CustomerAbsent)"1 -
Before using Flow fields in your code don't forget to call Rec.CALCFIELDS("flow field");Best Regards
