Performance issues

in NAV Three Tier
Hi

I’m experiencing some performance issues and .net random errors on the CU14 from NAV 2016 (build 9.0.47444.0)
Did someone had similar issues that can share with us?

    I'm having errors like call a external webservice using System.Net.HttpWebRequest that is not waiting for the defined timeout or receive the answer and is not able to read it.
    But this does not happen all times, 5% of the calls run into error
