            Hi @SuD
 The URL you are specifying is an OData Url, but you are adding it in web reference. Following are the rules you need to remember while adding reference of NAV web service. If your URL/Web Service is of type
 1) Odata then specify the URL as Web Service Reference. Right Click the Reference in the Solution Explore and Click on the Add Service Reference. The popup window will open and enter the Odata URL in the Address area.  
 2) SOAP then specify the URL in Add Web Reference window (in which you are currently specifying OData URL, which is wrong.)

 Yes @Jan_Veenendaal is right. You have to should use SOAP webservice while adding web reference.
 Also if you are on the local network (same machine) then use localhost instead of raymundo.
 While using oData service, all you need is to add Service Reference.
