NAV 2017 - SQL Error on client - Must restart service tier

I have experienced that users get a mistake in the RTC client such as the following
"The prepared statement handle 5 is not valid in this context. Please verify that current database, user default schema, and ANSI_NULLS and QUOTED_IDENTIFIER set options are not changed since the handle is prepared. "
Have anyone experienced the same - I can't seem to access the KB for CU1 as Microsoft is doing some updating, I'm very interested to find out of this is some bug or if I have made some poor programming somewhere. It happened today, and the users couldn't do anything until I restarted the service tier, and everything fine.

No, I have not - hasn't happened since, but I noticed that an old 2009 web service went down at same time, so I conclude at the moment it was SQL server and some issue there. just not a nice feeling to have in background that it can crash like this.0
