NAV 2017 Event Log Messages

I have client that just installed NAV 2017 on Azure (Windows Server 2012 R2 DataCenter and MS SQL 2016) and every event log message from the service shows this message:
It does not happen on my local Windows 10 installation.
Anyone know how it can clean it up?
The description for Event ID ### from source MicrosoftDynamicsNavServer$NAV cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

Replace the nav service account with a different one. Check spns. Check dB rights of the nav service account.best regards
