It seems something has gone wrong during the shipping of a quantity of 156 of an item. The Quantity posted to the ILE is reads Shipped -6 however the warehouse entries are correct at -156. The Value entries are also written as -6.
Any ideas how I can correct the ILE and Value entries to -156 without resorting to SQL?

With a little help this is doable by posting Item Journal for a sales and updating Sales Shipt Entry No. It's a bit of a fudge but seems to work.
It is a bug in Navision. When you have a sales order for an two lines where line 1 is an assembly order and line 2 is for a manufactured item (where the manufactured item also appears in the assembly on line 1) then Navision doesn't post the shipment item ledger entries for the manufactured item (line 2).Life is for enjoying ... if you find yourself frowning you're doing something wrong5

Hi, Run the "Calculate Whse. Adjustment" option on an Item Journal - this will populate the journal with positive/negative lines to bring inventory in line with the warehouse0
