Cannot connect to server

Hi everyone,
I have issue for connect to server. i installed navision 2016 in server and install only client navision on laptop user.
but when i click shotcut navision on laptop user i got message error "The server DynamicsNAV90 was unable to process the request. the application will close."
How to resolve it ?

is your service name DynamicsNAV90 ?
is it running in server?
did you enter right address to connect?5 -

can you ping the server from client machine?
are they in same domain?5

I checked Service name is correct.
server is running.

I ping to the server is found.
How about setup laptop user ? i think maybe language or Time Zone or Region right ?
because before i got error i do this same at another laptop it's working.

If it's working on one Laptop then it should work on another as well if you are just installing client on the machines.
What's the Error that you are getting on the other Laptop?
