CRM 2013 SP1 - NAV 2016

in Dynamics CRM
Hi Expert.

I have configured Dynamics connector to integrate CRM 2013 SP1 with NAV 2016. Configuration is done fine and Test Settings are also fine. But when I create a new Account in CRM , save it and submit it. The account did not transfer to NAV. Mapping looks fine. Also status log s says 0 written , 0 failed to write. Means there was nothing to written. It looks submit button on CRM Account is not updating account detail to transfer.

Please let me know what need to be done.

    Hi , In addition to above data from NAV get synced in CRM means customer in NAV comes into CRM but Account from CRM is not getting into NAV.

    Any suggestion. ?
