Error - You do not have permission to run the 'Email logging' Code unit

I am supporting NAV 2009, since we started running NAV from NAV 5 to NAV 2009 we have never activated (implemented CRM). Now I am setting it up for the firts and I am getting the following errors - You do not have permission to run the 'Email logging' Code unit & You do not have permission to run the 'generate search index' report. All other setups are running except these.

Can someone please advise. Thanks in advance.

Do all users get this error including those wit SUPER roles? If so then you need an updated license from Microsoft. If not then you need to add permissions to the roles that the user(s) are using.

I have the super user permission. I may be i need to conduct our NAV partner.
