Add a Report or Page to the Role Center Menu when Departments Menu is removed

Hi all,

Has anyone had the issue where you want to add a page that is not of type "List" to the Role Center Menu (either the Home button or other Activity Button) in NAV 2013 or later when the Departments Menu is removed from that role center? The goal (which may not be possible anyway) is to have that page appear in the Search Box.

If the Search box is solely based on the Departments Menu (which inherits its contents from the Menusuites), then my point is moot, I guess.

I personally find the Search Box very helpful, but it may be that if you remove the departments menu via configuration, you also disable the search box functionality also. Does anyone know this for sure?
