Error when calculating Inventory value from Revaluation journal

in NAV Three Tier
Hi everyone,

From the Revaluation journal, I am trying to calculate the inventory value for a certain item (Actions -> Calculate Inventory Value).
I am getting the following error message

Open Outbound Entry 1301 found.

What does it mean and how can I correct it?

    All negative entries (sales, purch. return etc. ) must be fully applied. Filter the negative item ledger entries (positive = false), filter the open ones (open=true) and close them by applying to an inbound entry.
