SMTP Email error

Can anybody advice why this error coming? Ths error comes while sending email from NAV 2009IN SP1

Hi santoshmkcet,
I got same error before, It was about incorrect smtp server setup infos(Server Name,User,password vb.)0 -
Seems SMTP Credentials are incorrect OR SMTP configuration.Thanks

Your error message says "Must issue a STARTTLS command first." That means the SMTP server is requiring an encrypted connection, but you are probably just connecting on (unencrypted) port 25. Verify which port you should use in SMTP Setup in NAV with your SMTP Server administrator.Kyle Hardin - ArcherPoint1

As well as selecting the correct port you must also tick the "Secure Connection" option. If you do not have this option then you will need to get a later version of the SMTP Setup objects.0
