Intellisense error everytime i try to code

Good Day, I am running NAV 2016 CU 11 on a server and every time i try to write code in the development environment my application crashes and gives me the error below. I can confirm that the dll has been installed [C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\90\RoleTailored Client\Add-ins\CodeViewer\CommonComponents] and is not marked as read only.....

Has anyone seen this before and know how to get around it?

    Maybe try reinstalling the development environment.

    I have reinstalled everything already and also tried different builds but no luck.

    for the time being i am running the shortcut with useoldeditor = yes just to get around the crash but need to find out what the issue is.
