Bug in Report from Client Side

Hi all,

Good morning. I have this kind of problem on a customized report. if I run it on the server side it works perfectly but if the client side wants to access that report and open/run it, the Header values of the report is not showing, I tried putting the values in a message box and it returns some values but not displaying on the report viewer(client side). Did somebody experienced this before?

I have not exacly face the same issue but i have faced some issue like that. This is a compatiblity issue in users system (Client side). You need to Check the user system settings.

what happens if you directly save the report as pdf (from client) instead of trying to preview it?
